A designer vintage 80s era sequin lace dress made in France by Yves Saint Laurent Paris.  The lace is sequined in deep purplish blue colored sequins and trimmed in black organza ruffles.  The top of the dress has an off-the-shoulder neckline and a hemline that hangs lower at the back. The sleeves are three-quarter length. Lining is black silk chiffon, but is semi-transparent and would require a slip.
